This image was taken in Alor, a place where light moves slowly, and time feels suspended.

The diver was hovering, caught between the sun above and the reef below. For a brief moment, nothing else existed. Just light, water, and breath. That stillness, that sense of presence, is what I wanted to hold onto.

I named this photo Between Worlds because it captures that quiet space in between, where you’re not rising or sinking, just existing. Fully present, fully alive.

Captured using a GoPro, it was my very first time trying underwater photography. No fancy gear, just curiosity — and a deep love for the ocean.
